NEW 20% RE-STOCKING FEE
effective May 10, 2021.
While we will still accept returns as noted below... we are implementing a 20% RE-STOCKING FEE that we will deduct from your original purchase price.

CANCELLATION OF AN IN-STOCK OR CUSTOM ORDER will be accepted within 24 hours of purchase... and a full refund will be issued.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED/RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
Because of the unique nature of these items and the time involved in making them (unless they arrive damaged or defective) I cannot accept refunds or returns for:
Custom or Personalized Orders

RETURNS CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED
Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be shipped back through FedEx (not USPS) within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers must provide photos of the undamaged item(s) they want to return.
If the item(s) are not returned in it's original condition and packaging, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value... determined by Seller.
That monetary loss may be deducted from the original purchase price.
Buyers are responsible for ALL return FedEx shipping costs.
Buyer must provide Seller with FedEx Tracking #.

ITEM(S) ARRIVE DAMAGED TO BUYER
Please carefully inspect package at time of delivery.
Look for rips, dents, and crushed coners.
Depending on amount of damge visible on the outside of the package... either refuse the delivery entirely (FedEx is then responsible for returning damaged package to Seller)
... or ask the driver to wait while he/she watches you remove item from package so that you can fully inspect your item.
If damage is indeed found, refuse delivery and have the driver write a damage report.
Please take photos of damage to the item AND packaging. Be sure that all of the original packaging is included in the item's return.
The buyer will not incur any financial loss if item was damaged during transport and will receive a new replacement product in the same completion time frame as the original.

If damage is detected after receiving item, Buyer will need to open a claim with FedEx... as FedEx will not accept the claim if Seller initiates.
