Don't let the pretty and colorful turquoise and red "paper" fool you. Its been sealed with several mediums and will wear for years like iron!
Recommended method of maintaining finishes: Use a clean, slightly damp cloth and buff dry.
Slightly elevated with four quality securely screwed-in small rubber, non-slid feet, this Trivet is easy to grasp, lift and carry wherever in your home you'd like to add a special touch.
Gorgeous... and versatile! So pretty, you'll want to leave it out on display every day. Or you may be tempted to hang it from your wall or prop against your backsplash when not in use.

All wood surfaces were cleaned and lightly hand sanded and sealed with a food grade poly that penetrates deep into the wood to protect and bring out the natural wood grains.

The original saw cuts, notches and/or nail holes in the 130+ year old pine create a textural feast for the eyes.
These characteristics are what make this piece unique and should not be considered a defect.
